Dear Bill,

After meeting with you the last time at our office, Chris, Mike and I reviewed our ad pricing structure. It really struck a cord when you said ... "Is that what you want to be known for?", after I said that we were an affordable advertising option.

Bill,
As I told you at church last night, I wanted to write and thank you for your coaching services over these past four months.  The coaching process  helped me tremendously in building my confidence to tackle the responsibilities of the business, gave me a direction to focus my energies on, and overall gave me the time to do some soul searching, dig deep, and emerge with a clearer understanding of my role and the businesses needs.  I can now say I am enjoying the work instead of feeling forced into the business kicking and screaming.  Thank you for helping me work through this.
