Before having you as my Action Coach, I always tried to bid jobs competitively & trusted my gut instinct on what to charge. I never knew what my overhead expenses were. Today I know what those costs are and they are part of my bid & estimating process. I still like being competitive but now I know if it is going to cost me or pay me.
I know my profit level has increased by using tactics that utilize what I have (using my data base) as opposed to advertising (yellow pages). I have paid a lot of debt off by not buying advertising while maintaining a flow of new and repeat business.
