Yolanda Duperret has achieved both personal and professional success as a corporate leader, small business owner, family member, and friend.  Yolanda began business coaching by applying the financial, marketing, sales and team-building skills acquired from 12 years of experience working as an international banker for Colorado-based CoBank, the largest cooperative bank in the nation-wide Farm Credit System.

BACKGROUND...Yolanda holds a MIM ( Masters in International Management) from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a member of the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and other associations.  She lives in Centennial with her husband of 17 years and is a passionate mother of two boys, Nicolas and Alex.

Other passions include:  Latin America (8 years of extensive travel); Yoga (3 years of dedicated practice); skiing (Winter Park, where husband has been a volunteer ski-patroller for 13 years); biking (main event: 7 year fundraiser and participant in the Courage Classic benefiting the Children's Hospital); and music (member of the South Suburban Community Orchestra).  She is a dreamer and firm believer that "when you embrace your dreams you become a warrior but it is when you act upon them deliberately that you become a master of your destiny".
