The journey begins with six weeks of preliminary training where potential partners learn about our company, operations, and unique market position.
Once they commit, partners enter a comprehensive training program lasting between 45 and 90 days, depending on whether they're joining full-time or part-time.
This initial phase leverages videos, ebooks, workbooks, and questionnaires through our learning management system. Partners complete this self-paced learning before attending live training.
The centerpiece is our intensive 10-day live training in Las Vegas. Here, partners learn the business end of coaching, how to actually run a successful coaching practice or firm.
This is followed by five days of virtual training focused specifically on becoming a great business coach.
Partners then select from specialized two-day virtual training modules covering different marketing approaches: direct, social, or digital. Many choose to complete all six days of marketing training to master each approach.
Additional training includes a two-day business development program teaching the sales and client onboarding process.
But we don't stop there.
After completing the formal training, partners enter a 90-120 day monitored work period with ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support.
Our learning management system remains available indefinitely, providing hundreds of hours of additional training resources they can access throughout their career.
