A successful business growth specialist with over 30 years of experience coaching and developing businesses and their teams. I am dedicated to ensuring each of our clients succeeds, by going the extra mile to nurture and coach their specific goals.

I have extensive business and team development experience across the world, in the business services, consumer services, online businesses, facilities services, retail and brewing sectors. I bring my knowledge, experience, analytical skills and passion to each project.

  • I have been coaching and developing teams and businesses for over 30 years. I will take the time to help you understand new ideas and concepts and I can support you as you put them into practice so that they become second nature. I have learnt to be able to work at the right pace for different business owners and adapt my style for each challenge.
  •  I am committed to helping business owners grow their profits and find the balance between work and their personal time. This will help you to achieve both your business and personal goals. I will guide you to work on your business by developing your team and systems to build a business that is resilient and scalable. 
  • I bring 33 years’ experience of helping businesses in every stage of growth in the UK and overseas markets. I have worked with start-ups, medium and large scale businesses to help them grow and improve their profitability. I have extensive strategic repositioning, business development and sales & marketing experience gained across diverse sectors. 
  • I have a track record of success in helping build businesses and teams both as a business manager and owner. I have worked on and in businesses with a scale from £75,000 to over £5 billion. I have also used my skills in a voluntary role to raise funds for major projects as well as raising over £1 million pounds of sponsorship to sustain a local sports club.
