Is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for overseeing ActionCOACH’s training operations and human resources functions, ensuring both learning initiatives and people operations align with the organization’s strategic objectives. Acting in close partnership with the Executive Team, this role ensures that global training programs support organizational initiatives, and that HR operations enable organizational effectiveness, compliance, and growth.

Born in Vietnam and raised in California, Andy’s professional journey eventually led him to the vibrant energy of Las Vegas in October 2025. Andy is a father of three; his two daughters are currently attending college in Los Angeles, while his thirteen-year-old son keeps things lively at home. His career journey began at Flextronics, where a temporary contract role sparked a lifelong passion for People Operations. Today, he is a seasoned HR professional who excels at bridging the gap between high-level corporate strategy and seamless operational execution. His expertise is defined by optimizing people operations and driving organizational growth through strategic training and executive partnership. His expertise of organizational diagnostics and Kaizen Green Belt, Andy is known for his ability to “tighten the process.” Andy’s career is defined by high-impact results, including a strategic partner to leadership, he excels in executive coaching and management development, ensuring organizational growth is matched by operational stability.
Andy plays an important role in global training support, lead the planning, coordination and execution of ActionCOACH’s Coach, Firm and Executive Coach training programs (virtual and in-person). Also responsible for people and organizational operations in manage day-to day HR Operations.
