Helen’s Bio

Helen, based in the UK, has been working remotely for the Global Office for the past 3 years as the Lead IT Specialist for the Helpdesk. She manages day-to-day queries with a friendly, proactive attitude, ensuring a professional customer experience and often going above and beyond to resolve issues.

 

Helen's extensive technical knowledge, built over 20 years in both private and public sectors (including 10 years in the fire service), is complemented by her ongoing studies at the Open University, participation in Excel competitions, and learning Python.

 

At ActionCOACH, she handles Helpdesk queries, manages the COM database, creates ad hoc reports, and has become an expert in Power BI. In her limited free time, Helen enjoys keeping fit, listening to Coldplay, ringing church bells, and caring for her elderly parents.
