    Arnout is a business developer. After more than 25 years in business and financial control and strategic planning at major Dutch companies, and as a consultant for KPMG in Curaçao, he co-founded ActionCOACH in the Caribbean in 2009 with Janine Lie-A-Kwie. Together they coached business owners themselves while they built a network of franchise partners. Today Arnout develops markets, recruits and supports coaches and franchise partners, and brings ActionCOACH systems such as ABoS to business owners across the region.

    Janine has more than 20 years of experience as a researcher, adviser, lecturer and consultant in small business entrepreneurship. In 2009 she co-launched ActionCOACH in the Caribbean from Curaçao, coaching business owners herself while recruiting franchise partners across the region who share the vision of World Abundance through Business Re-education.

Our story

Our story

Janine and Arnout brought ActionCOACH to the Caribbean in 2009, starting from Curaçao. Janine and Arnout coached business owners themselves while we searched the region for the right franchise partners. Island by island, country by country, the network grew: Jamaica, Guyana, Suriname, Aruba, Curaçao, Trinidad & Tobago and Martinique. After we moved to the Netherlands, we started ActionCOACH in the Netherlands, and later in Flanders. We have done everything a coach goes through ourselves: finding clients, coaching them, running workshops and building a business. That is why we know what our coaches and franchise partners need, and why we can help them succeed. Today the network covers 26 countries and territories in the Caribbean, plus the Netherlands and Flanders, with one mission: World Abundance through Business Re-Education.
