    Marcia Woon Choy

    CEO and Business & Executive Coach

    Marcia is the CEO of the ActionCOACH Jamaica firm since 2010. She and her team are committed to helping business owners in Jamaica to transform their lives and businesses. A powerful and persuasive presenter and motivational speaker, Coach Marcia has inspired hundreds of business owners and their teams to achieve higher levels of excellence for both their businesses and for themselves. She is a MasterCOACH and a Global Trainer, and has been consistently ranked in the Top 100 coaches. Her professional career began in airline management with Air Jamaica, followed by 15 years at Citigroup Jamaica, where she rose to Vice President and Global Transaction Services Business Head, leading regional teams across sales, product development and client service. In 2007, she founded MWC Associates Ltd., and by 2010 introduced the ActionCOACH franchise to Jamaica. Under her leadership, ActionCOACH Jamaica has won multiple global and regional business awards, while its clients have repeatedly earned prestigious recognition internationally at the ActionCOACH BizX Awards and locally, such as the JCC Best of Chamber Medium Enterprise Awards in 2024 and 2025. Beyond her professional success, Marcia is deeply committed to service. She is a Director of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Membership and Fundraising Committee of the JCC. She is also the Vice-Chairman of the ActionCOACH Global Foundation, championing youth entrepreneurship through initiatives such as the Young Entrepreneur Smart Start (YESS) programme, and a member of the ActionCOACH Chairman's CLUB, into which she was inducted in August 2020. She is also a Maxwell Leadership Team Speaker, Trainer and Coach, trained by world-renowned executive coach Marshall Goldsmith, and a Licensed Engage & Grow Team Engagement Coach. A proud Jamaican, Marcia is passionate about empowering leaders, strengthening businesses and contributing to Jamaica's economic and social development.

    An astute businessman and successful entrepreneur, Coach Moses has distinguished himself through hard work, determination and philanthropy. His entry into business and management has seen him pursue studies at Penn Foster University, the Jamaica Institute of Management, Grant Cardone University, the Proctor Gallagher Institute, John Maxwell Academy and The University of the West Indies Open Campus. A winner of the NCB Capital Quest 2016 and a recipient of the Governor General's Award for Excellence in August 2018, he gives of his time despite his extremely busy schedule, and never says no to a cause without a valid reason. He is also the President of the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce and Board Chairman for The Manning's School. Married for over 26 years, he is the father of two girls and one boy. He believes that the four main priorities in life are Spirituality, Family, Health and Business.

    Coach Laycya is a results-driven business professional with a reputation for dependability, excellence and consistently exceeding client expectations. With a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and closing major deals for Fortune 500 companies, she blends corporate expertise with a passion for helping others achieve their full potential. Her career began when she became the first Microsoft Academy College Hire by Microsoft Jamaica, a milestone that set the stage for her rapid rise to Country Representative. In this role, she spearheaded all aspects of the business (sales, operations, marketing and service delivery), driving growth and positioning Microsoft as a market leader in Jamaica. She later advanced to Country Manager for Jamaica and Customer Success Lead for the Caribbean at Inova Solutions, one of Microsoft's largest partners in the region, deepening her expertise in technology adoption, customer engagement and strategic sales across multiple Caribbean markets. Coach Laycya holds multiple elite credentials, including: • Microsoft Licensing Specialist (MLS) • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) • Certified Microsoft Adoption Specialist • Leadership and Challenger Selling training from INSEAD • Leadership certifications from Fujitsu and Microsoft Known for her ability to translate complex business and technology strategies into actionable results, she now channels her skills into coaching business owners, executives and sales teams to achieve breakthrough performance. Outside of her professional work, Laycya is a dedicated wife and mother of two, and an active member of her church, serving in various ministries. She enjoys reading, dancing and singing, passions that reflect her vibrant personality and zest for life.
