In every country or region where we do not yet have a franchise partner, you can coach as an Associate in the Firm of our Master Franchisees: from Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados and the Bahamas to the islands of the Eastern Caribbean, and in large parts of the Netherlands and Flanders. You work with our brand, systems, support and leads, with a low entry, and you can grow into a franchise partner later.
Franchise partner
Build your own ActionCOACH firm in your country or region, with your own clients and, if you want, a team of coaches. You build a business with real value that you can later sell or hand over.
Coach in a partner's team
Coach business owners in the team of one of our franchise partners in Jamaica, Guyana, Suriname, the Dutch Caribbean, the Netherlands or Flanders. You focus on coaching, with colleagues around you.

Arnout Druyvesteyn & Janine Lie-A-Kwie
Master Franchisees of ActionCOACH for the Netherlands, Flanders and 26 countries in the Caribbean. Since 2009 they have opened ActionCOACH in nine countries, coached business owners themselves and built a network of franchise partners and coaches. Today they also run their own ActionCOACH Firm in the Caribbean and the Netherlands.

Do I need coaching experience?
No. You receive full training and certification. Experience in running a business, leadership or a commercial role does matter.
What is an Associate coach?
An independent business coach who works within the ActionCOACH Firm of our Master Franchisees, in a country or region without a franchise partner. You use our brand, systems and support, and you can grow into a franchise partner later.
Which language do you work in?
All our programs for new coaches, including the Discovery Meeting and the Coach Blueprint, are in English.
What is the investment?
That depends on your route and your territory. We discuss it personally, so you get an honest picture that fits your situation.
