Meet our Newest ActionCOACHES for February 2017
Loren Daniels has had the exciting privilege of meeting some of our newest ActionCOACHes. Rounding out their final day of training with a moment of self-reflection, we’re pleased to introduce some of the newest additions to our ActionCOACH team. The people here come from nearly every walk of life imaginable, as well as from nearly every part of the world. All of them are united in their desire to pass along their knowledge and wisdom to the next generation of entrepreneurs.
These new coaches were more than happy to share some of their thoughts and reflections as they finished their intense ten-day training session.
Ugur Yedikardes hails from Turkey, where he was originally an engineer before deciding to change his career. He entered the world of business but found that making the transition from “a technical guy to a business guy” was more difficult than anticipated. He reached out to actionCOACH to help guide him along, and he eventually decided to become one. He is excited to become an ActionCOACH, not only because he finds meaning in what he does but because he wants to inspire and secure his daughter’s future. We’re excited to have him as a part of our team, and we look forward to what he has to add!
Stephani Leon‘s origin story also lies in engineering, where she worked in her native Ecuador for a number of years. After moving to the United States, she found ActionCOACH when she decided to follow her father’s footsteps as an entrepreneur. Stephanie isn’t keen on public speaking, but she didn’t let that hold her back when she made the choice to join our team of ActionCOACHes. She looks forward to offering her expertise, as well as learn from what we offer as well. We’re more than excited to have her join our team!
Ali Turgut Denizeri, unlike the previous two people, had quite a considerable breadth of experience in business before making the decision to become an ActionCOACH. After more than 25 years of owning his own companies, he sold his businesses and decided that he was ready to pass on his own experiences. Although the transition wasn’t easy, Ali is proud and excited to be a part of our team. Being a part of something bigger than himself has been a big driving force in his desire to become an ActionCOACH, and so we expect great things from him.
Daniela Leon brings with her many years of management and consultant experience working for international firms. While some of our other ActionCOACHes came from backgrounds very different from the business world, Daniela’s transition to ActionCOACH is a logical next step for her growth as a person. She sees ActionCOACH as a way to foster both her own personal growth as well as that of others, a powerful motivational tool that will no doubt make her an excellent ActionCOACH. We’re very excited to see what she has to offer!
Eliane Hippeau was born and raised in France, where she has spent several decades working for both domestic and international firms as a manager. The appeal of ActionCOACH for her lies in the ability for our organization to give back to the community that has helped our coaches get to where they are. This is a major point of pride for her, and she is incredibly excited to offer her experience and wisdom to our organization. We’re more than happy to have her on board!
Rounding out our team of Turkish ActionCOACHes is Umit Koskan Masalci. A director of accounting and sales departments by trade, Amit became very skilled in working with people from all around the world in every imaginable capacity. She rose as high as Deputy Secretary General in her country’s exporter association, which meant that she spent nearly all of her time around other business owners and entrepreneurs. Few people know how the world of business works as well as her, which is why we’re so happy to have her on board with ActionCOACH!
Stars like these all serve as fantastic examples of what our ActionCOACHes are made of. Every one of these people will go on to mentor and guide the world’s next generation of entrepreneurs and business owners. We hope that one day, the people who attribute their success to their ActionCOACH will one day become ActionCOACHes themselves!
