Like most things it has its ups and downs but all in all I’m very happy with my decision to become an action business coach. The most valuable learning is coming to grips with knowledge is power and it doesn’t matter how much you think you know there is so much more to learn.

My experience has been mixed¸ financially it has taken me 12 months to start to see some results happening¸ levels of training¸ Capel has had some great days however I do believe it was more my American trip that had the biggest impact and the following of some key coaches world wide that have responded so well when I have contacted for there support. I possible fell below the line for a good 6 months with my firm going through its separation however the benefit of having some outside brilliant coaches available to communicate with¸ that to me is what Action is all about The Culture and commitment of those committed Action Coaches is my major benefit and such inspiration....How can I put a value or benefit on that¸ I can't it is priceless. Financially.... wow. A dozen years ago¸ I'd been making a wage of about $60𬻀 a year. Now I make that some months and with monthly overheads being less than $6𬻀... you do the math. My wife doesn't need to work and loves managing our property portfolio. We have an incredible home worth well over a million dollars¸ that we owe virtually nothing on. We enjoy regular exotic holidays as a family and invest in property... lots of property. Life is good. Oh¸ did I mention I only work four days a week!

Simply put¸ ActionCOACH has literally changed my life and I have Brad and his vision to thank for it. As a result of my Coaching career¸ I'm able to fulfill a lifelong dream of not just owning my own Business but helping other Business Owners to escape the prison that my parents created in all their business pursuits. My parents loved having their own business but always seemed tied to them and as a result¸ our family life suffered immensely. I grew up largely as a 'latch-key kid' because of the constant demand of 'Business' and vowed never to go down that path. Instead¸ I drifted into mainstream employment rather than my parents business and avoided the 'education' of a poor business acumen. In hindsight¸ it was a good move and I learned a great deal about Corporate life and 'The Other Side'. However I also discovered that there was a lack of Vision attached to being an employee and that didn't sit well with me either - the one thing I DID like about having your Business was the ability to call some of the shots and aim for where YOU want to go. Finally¸ after having seen Brad challenge a room full of Business Owners in 1997 and finishing the challenge of a Corporate career¸ I looked into the ActionCOACH opportunity in 2005 and realized this was my destination. I now have the chance to create opportunity by Re-educating Business Owners¸ whilst enjoying a quality of life I could never have in a Corporate slave-pit. I have created my ideal life inside a Business Model I believe in wholeheartedly and I haven't worked a day in over 4 years. My personal discipline and confidence¸ my personal and professional Vision and my ability to fulfill a goal of changing lives through my skills are just a few of the many gains I've made by choosing the ActionCOACH Team.

Well¸ to begin with the choice was very simple. I was acting in a decision I'd made eight years previous to head into an area where I could influence people in Business with a positive life balance message. I'd heard Brad presenting twice in a month and both times almost by accident. The message was instrumental in adjusting my attitude and outlook to business and I started my re-education from that moment. I guess my due diligence period was about 8 years :) I'd heard Corporate's spout Vision Statements for years while not living them¸ so when I re-discovered the ActionCOACH mantra at a Business Expo in 2005¸ I was instantly taken with it's honesty and openness. I was in one of those Serendipitous moments where you know exactly the decision to make and you're in a hurry to make it - I was so excited cause I felt I'd finally arrived on the right path. I'm not blind to our growth areas¸ we're a young company and we make our mistakes. However¸ when it comes to providing opportunity to those seeking it¸ creating opportunity where others cannot see it and living by the standards and disciplines set down by the ActionCOACH founders¸ I believe the Company has few if any peers. After exposure to hundreds of thousands of dollars in Corporate Training over the years¸ there is nothing that has impacted my life more than Coach Training in 2005.
